Directions for use

Before use:

Warm your body with some preparatory exercises and use it in a warm place. Apply it to your body with the wall, floor, desk, or chair back.

Compression time:

Apply pressure within 30 seconds per location, and use within 30 minutes in total.

How to squeeze:

Apply pressure and roll it back and forth about 5 times. Start lightly and gradually increase the pressure to loosen the fascia.
 

Precautions

• Avoid applying strong pressure on the cervical spine, lumbar spine, and knee.
• Talk to your doctor or physiotherapist if you’re not sure if the product is right for you.
• If you feel any discomfort during use, discontinue use immediately and consult a doctor. Do not use it on injured areas, inflamed areas of the skin, or when you feel unwell.
